1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI
  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Wallet (if available)
  • Cash on Delivery (if available)

All payments must be completed using the payment options available on the website.

2. Secure Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

We do not store:

  • Card number
  • CVV
  • UPI PIN
  • Bank password

Your payment information is handled securely by the payment provider.

3. Payment Confirmation

After successful payment:

  • You will receive order confirmation
  • Order will be processed for shipping
  • If payment fails, order will not be confirmed

If money is deducted but order not confirmed, contact us.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected orders.

Rules for COD:

  • Correct address required
  • Valid phone number required
  • Order confirmation may be done by call or message

We may cancel COD orders if verification fails.

5. Failed Transactions

If payment fails but money is deducted:

  • Usually refunded automatically by bank
  • Time may take 3–7 business days

If refund not received, contact your bank first, then contact us.

6. Refund Payments

Refunds are processed according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Refund will be sent to:

  • Original payment method, or
  • UPI / Bank transfer (for COD orders)

Processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious orders
  • Ask for verification
  • Block users involved in fraud

This is done to protect customers and the business.

8. Pricing Errors

If a product price is incorrect due to mistake, we may:

  • Cancel the order, or
  • Ask for confirmation before processing

We are not required to sell at wrong price.
