Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged
  • Item received is wrong
  • Item is defective
  • Item is missing parts

You must request a return within 3 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us by email with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Photo / video proof
  • Reason for return

We may reject return requests if proof is not provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Damaged by customer
  • Custom or special orders
  • Digital products (if any)
  • Items without original packaging

3. Refunds

Refunds will be given only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

If approved:

  • Refund will be sent to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

If payment was Cash on Delivery, refund may be sent via:

  • UPI
  • Bank transfer

4. Replacement

We may offer replacement instead of refund if:

  • Product is defective
  • Product is damaged in shipping
  • Wrong item sent

Replacement depends on stock availability.


5. Shipping Cost for Return

  • If mistake is ours → we pay shipping
  • If customer mistake → customer pays shipping

We are not responsible for lost return parcels.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.

Once order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.


7. Refusing Delivery

If you refuse delivery without reason, we may:

  • Cancel refund
  • Deduct shipping charges
  • Block future orders
